About the role:

Microsoft Dynamics AX platform is a dexterity written ERP system employed by EVO Payments International in order to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from business activities. The series that are utilized by EVO include Financial, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Company, and System. The back-end is Microsoft SQL Server 2014. In addition, this candidate will specialize in primary System Administration and assist in AX 2012 R3 installations and upgrades. Work closely with Business Analysts to gather business requirements and create technical requirements. Excellent troubleshooting skills are required to support day-to-day operations of the AX platform. Database and configuration knowledge are a plus. Candidate will be responsible for DEV, QA, Cert, Pre-Prod, and Production environments. This candidate will work closely with a third party vendor to deliver unified services to the organization.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring and incidental support issues for end users related to Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3
  • Provide remote support and resolution via phone and or remote-control screen sharing software, or onsite working directly with end-user
  • Perform troubleshooting, research knowledge-based articles and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a help desk environment
  • Create and update documentation
  • Complete and update support tickets
  • Perform related projects and duties as assigned

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years related work experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Insight Software Atlas.
  • Experience with providing end-user onsite or remote support for troubleshooting
  • Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with direct focus on the source of problems to quickly and effectively solve the problem
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues with a direct focus on the source(s) of problems
  • Experience with using a support ticketing system
  • Proven ability to take ownership of client issues
  • Proven ability to communicate solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
