Job Description:
Seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Architect-Lead Developer who is highly proficient in designing and implementing enterprise solutions using the F&O (Finance & Operations) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules to join our development team that's building an enterprise solution for a rapidly growing client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of the system that will automate the client's end-to-end corporate and subsidiary functions. Candidate must be quality-focused, team-oriented, self-directed; have strong communication skills; and be able to efficiently and effectively translate the client's requirements to build the new enterprise system.
Description of Duties:
· Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution (including integration of F&O and CRM modules), ensuring high quality, reliable software that meets customer objectives and requirements.
· Serve as Microsoft Dynamics - F&O and CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management.
· Expertise in Life Cycle Services (LCS) and Azure services to develop and deploy.
· Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with clients to determine requirements for the new system.
· Design business processes and integrations across the Microsoft Dynamics modules, including Power App and Power BI.
· Develop and test (unit, interface, system) the new enterprise system by extending and integrating the F&O and CRM modules (e.g., new business rules, entities, forms, workflows and reports).
· Diagnose and resolve bugs/issues.
· Plan and execute data set-up and migration.
· Forecast timing and duration of work.
· Complete all tasks with a focus on quality.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering preferred.
· 3 years' equivalent work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CRM, .NET, C#, X++, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Power App, Power BI, JavaScript, HTML, SSRS, SSIS, and SQL.
· Understanding of and ability to consume application APIs.
· Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
· Experience with IT application troubleshooting.
· Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus.
Experience/Skills/Abilities/Behaviors:
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 – F&O/CRM applications, .Net, C#, X++, Visual Studio, VSTS, Power App, Power BI, SQL Server, JavaScript or similar products.
· Working knowledge of Powershell and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and migrating from SQL to Azure SQL.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills.
