Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing data, and providing accurate and timely reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, laboratory techniques, PCR, ELISA, FDA regulations, microscopy, and GLP. Some chemistry is preferred. We are looking for a person who is willing to keep up the pace with the day-to-day work load.
Duties:
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments using various techniques such as Western blot, PCR, ELISA, and DNA isolation
- Perform cell culture and microbiological assays
- Analyze data and interpret results using statistical methods
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports summarizing findings
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research projects
- Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements in the field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Western blot, cell culture, microbiology, DNA isolation, clinical laboratory techniques, PCR, ELISA, FDA regulations, microscopy, and GLP
- Proficient in data analysis software and statistical tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in conducting experiments and recording data
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during experiments
- Effective communication skills to present findings to team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
