Overview

Responsibilities

Maintains proper inventory for all raw and full goods including product, bottles, pallets, and flats.

 

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
• Provide feedback to Supply Chain Ops Associate Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
• Track each load accurately
• Accurately count all pallets
• Maintain pace of pallet configuration
• Identify priorities and coordinate resources
• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate picker and loader team
• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
• Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
• Other duties as Assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a food industry
• Prior experience in a warehouse
• Prior experience leading a team
• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

 

The expected salary range is $33,300-$53,150 .

Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Benefits subject to elections and eligibility
