ResponsibilitiesMaintains proper inventory for all raw and full goods including product, bottles, pallets, and flats.
Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
- Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
- Provide feedback to Supply Chain Ops Associate Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
- Track each load accurately
- Accurately count all pallets
- Maintain pace of pallet configuration
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources
- Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
- Recommend process improvements
- Coordinate picker and loader team
- Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
- Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
- Other duties as Assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a food industry
- Prior experience in a warehouse
- Prior experience leading a team
- Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
The expected salary range is $33,300-$53,150 .
