Physical Requirements

Standing, Bending, Twisting Ability to lift to 20 pounds frequently Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasional Push /pull carts containing product – occasionally up to 100 lbs. Walking Reaching Use of both hands and arms Operate a motor vehicle Must be able to work in a safety sensitive position

General Working Conditions/Environment

Room Temperature while in stores At times being in refrigerated cooler areas

Job Requirements

Must be able to speak, read and write English Military experience welcomed Must have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must possess excellent communication, organization, creativity, and customization skills Exercise strong time management skills. Including scheduling, planning, and prioritizing workloads Must be able to exercise independent decision-making skills on a regular basis Creative and innovative thinking Occasional weekend work (Special Customer Event) High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred. Previous deli experience is a plus Must have a reliable vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass the company issued Serv Safe test
