Nature of Work:

Our KSE Guest Experience department strives to provide guests with a consistent level of service that both exceeds their expectations and enhances their experience at our venues. Our Memory Makers support the Memorable Moments program, which exists to elevate the guest and employee experience, conduct team member trainings, and celebrate team members through appreciation and recognition events. Positive energy and enthusiasm are expected and required.

Examples of Work Performed:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming way
  • Smile and provide a warm welcome/thank you/good night to all guests
  • Represent all KSE Venues with an enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude in accordance with our company core values: Safety, Enthusiasm, Teamwork and Sincerity
  • Increase awareness, interest, and guest support for the Memorable Moments program through the distribution of Memory Maker Tokens, giveaways, and concourse activations
  • Support and mentor fellow team members during game night or event activities
  • Be a knowledgeable resource of building policies and procedures for both guests and team members
  • Proactively search and coordinate elevated experiences for guests and team members
  • While roaming assigned zones, proactively greet guests and aid in guest event/venue-specific questions
  • Work closely with and build relationships with multiple departments and vendor partners
  • Be comfortable addressing and speaking to large groups
  • Utilize a radio to communicate with other staff members
  • Provide feedback to Guest Experience management on the overall guest experience and areas of strength/opportunity for improvement.
  • Be flexible and ready to work other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work a varied, part-time schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays and playoffs

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand & walk for extended periods of time (on solid concourses/outdoor concrete/up and down stairs/etc.)
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions on occasion
  • Ability to work a 4–7 hour shift on average
  • Tolerance for moderate to loud event noises/music/sound

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1. High school diploma or GED
    2. MUST have an upbeat, energetic personality, feel comfortable interacting with guests and have a positive, team-oriented, professional attitude
  • Preferred
    1. 1+ year of customer service experience

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills with solid working knowledge of generally accepted standards of customer service and problem resolution
  • Friendly, outgoing and personable attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with guests, employees, managment and vendors on a daily basis
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays with shifts that range (on average) from 4-7 hours

Compensation

  • $17.29/hour
