Job Summary
Our Membership Sales & Service Associate is responsible for Membership Sales, member service and retention efforts, club engagement, interdepartmental support, as well as ongoing member relations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary customer service representative for incoming prospect and member correspondence
- Serve as a sales and customer service contact for prospective members, including welcoming guests, facility tours, lead conversion, Membership Sales, member onboarding, and ongoing member engagement
- Achievement of monthly Membership goals
- Assist with sales efforts, promotions, and events
- Perform member cancellation, retention, and assistance services
- Additional duties as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be highly motivated & organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve discrepancies
- Demonstrated Sales Experience
- Demonstrated Customer Service Experience
- 2 years of health club and/or hospitality experience (preferred)
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Associates Degree or higher
