**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about firearms, customer experience, and sales, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving membership growth. As the Membership Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our membership program while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain members, driving membership growth and engagement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential members, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring a personalized experience.

- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance membership benefits and offerings.

- Execute marketing initiatives to promote membership benefits and drive acquisition, leveraging various channels including social media, email campaigns, and events.

- Regularly update and maintain membership databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor membership trends, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating membership events, workshops, and activities to foster community engagement.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in membership management.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.

- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in marketing strategies and tactics, with experience in social media management.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Passion for firearms and familiarity with the firearm industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.70 - $22.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
