Job Description
CADA has an immediate opening for a Member Services Coordinator. This position is charge of overseeing the maintenance of the front desk, CADA forms order fulfillment, maintaining the Association Management System (AMS), providing administrative and logistical support to all CADA staff, Seminar/Webinar and Event Registration Management, administering the Mastery Exam, as well as providing customer service to all association members.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Form Order Fulfillment
- Process and ship form orders daily, which includes everything from boxing up an order, printing labels to generating invoices and keeping track of inventory.
- Replenish forms as needed and restock in mailroom
- Assist dealer couriers with pick-up orders
Mastery Exam & Testers
- Check-in and administrator online Colorado Mastery Exam to potential salespeople.
- Process Mastery Examination Affidavit for testers that pass the exam
AMS Maintenance (CRM skills a plus!)
- Maintain and update member contact information (includes Dealers, Allied Members, Endorsed Providers, Board of Directors, etc.)
- Data entry
Office Mailings
- Process and distribute office mailings, including copying, labeling, stuffing, and affixing postage.
- Place fax blast orders with WestFax- mass fax communications as needed
Seminar/Webinar and Event Registration Management
- Provide logistical & administrative support for all CADA sponsored seminars, webinars, and special events, including membership meetings, CADA Annual Member Golf Event, board meetings, educational seminars and webinars, CADA Regional Meetings, CADA Annual Convention, Denver Auto Show/Preview Gala, and the Colorado Automotive Hall of Fame.
Front Desk/Reception and General Office Support
- Maintain copiers as well as office/building supplies
- Greet all visitors
- Check-In all incoming mail and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx and couriers)
- Answer phones and redirect callers to specific staff
- May include opening/closing shifts (i.e. building lights, alarm, main gate, etc.)
- Cross-Training in essential daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communications and customer services skills
- Positive attitude
- 2-4 office administrative experience
- Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Typing, Data Entry and Multi-phone line skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
- This position is a full-time in-person position with occasional events requiring attendance outside of normal office business hours.
Education
HS Diploma/GED required
