Chattanooga Area Schools Federal Credit Union is a non profit credit union established in 1935 to promote savings and provide members with reasonable rate of interest.
Chattanooga Area Schools FCU is seeking an Member Service Representative/Loan Processor to assist with daily operations of the credit union. We are located at 1201 Bailey Avenue Chattanooga, TN. Candidates need to posses exceptional member service skills, professionalism, confidentiality, be able to multi-task and problem solving skills. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as a primary Member Service Representative
Meet with members in person, on phone and at drive thru to determine their financial needs.
Assist with enrolling in credit union services.
Maintain knowledge of all credit union account types, services, guideline, policies and procedures.
Serve as a Loan Processor
Meet with members in person, on phone and at drive thru to determine their lending needs and recommend appropriate loan type.
Maintain active knowledge of lending products, guidelines, polices and procedures.
Ensure all lending documents are completed accurately.
Qualifications:
Must have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age
Cash handling experience a plus
Computer skills preferred
Credit Union or Banking experience preferred
