JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of MedSpa operations, to include direction of daily activities through the management team, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, business development, quality improvement, utilization review, and updating and tracking inventory.
The Practice Manager will ensure the professional and technical operations of the clinic and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis.
Patient Satisfaction: Communicates patient satisfaction concerns and opportunities with providers and staff in a timely manner and takes action to improve deficient areas.
Provides opportunities for employee empowerment. Keeps employees informed of changing policies, procedures and major decisions affecting them.
Manager employees work schedules, performance evaluations, merit increases, promotions and disciplinary actions in a timely manner.
Communicates and provides leadership for providers and staff to develop as a team. Encourages employees to act in a manner that exemplifies clinic and values. Is a resource and provides ongoing development and education to staff.
Responsible for oversight of monthly reporting of procedures, revenue, accounts receivable reports, accounts payable reports, and payroll approval.
Directs and approves purchases of operational supplies, research information, prioritizes and makes recommendations regarding operational equipment.
Illustrates understanding of practice management principles and ensures that trends are reported and addressed quickly. Seeks opportunities to enhance revenue through new programs and services.
Maintains quality initiatives and related programs. Works closely with compliance department and clinical staff in the development and improvement of these initiatives.
Makes appropriate decisions regarding the hiring of new employee that represent our values to our patients.
Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
Enhances professional growth and development through in-service meetings, educational programs and conferences.
Experience: Minimum of two years as a Medical Spa Practice Manager/Supervisor, or other acceptable management experience.

Pay: $43,245.81 - $52,080.97 per year
