We are expanding rapidly with our Value-Based Reimbursement Programs of Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, Annual Wellness Visits and Transitional Care Management.
We offer a robust clinical offering that includes Nurses, Diabetes Educators, and Dieticians. Our missionis to provide outstanding education, training and motvation to help patients improve their chronic conditions. This also generates exceptional income for our Physician Clients and Sales Reps.
This is the most lucrative Telehealth Program ever introduced, and are offering a very generous Comp Plan for seasoned reps that can introduce us to their valued customers.
We pay on a sliding scale according to your involvement, which can range anywhere from simple introductions to ongoing involvement in the business.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
