Adecco Medical & Science is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Medical Records Clerk in San Jose, CA Apply today if you meet the qualifications below!
- Duration: Temp (1 month assignment)
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Pay rate:$26.50 - $28.50/hour (40 hours per week)
- Perform general administrative duties such as: copying, scanning, updating documents/templates
- Maintain and update client data in an electronic medical records system
- Gather information and documentation from patients
- Process request for release of medical records to and from outside agencies
- Complete other duties and related projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Two or more years of administrative clerical experience
- Accurate data entry and proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Effective customer service skills
- Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural professional and experiential backgrounds and
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills in writing and oral
- Experience with medical terminology a plus
- Experience working with EMR system
- Language fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese a plus Why work for Adecco?
