Medical Practice Manager

Practice Manager for a small (one doctor) practice that specializes in Holistic Medicine. Duties include: answering phone calls, making appointments for patients, billing, taking and fulfilling supplement orders, managing patient schedules, screening possible new patients, teaming up with doctor to manage patient care, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Must have a working knowledge of: Dropbox, Excel, Adobe.

Administrative hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-5pm, and possibly an hour or two over the weekend.

Looking for someone to take the position full time or do job share.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
