Medical Phone Desk

Part -Time Medical Phone Desk - 15-20 hours week

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm (some additional hours possible)

Fast paced dermatology practice looking for friendly, reliable person for Medical Phone Desk. Applicant must have good customer service and computer skills.

Position includes but not limited to:

1) Documenting and handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

2) Providing assistance to patient and others contacting the office by telephone and provide direct assistance, or take messages and direct calls to the appropriate party.

3) Contacting patients with medical messages

4) Inputting new patient's information and updating current patient’s information into our Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Medical office experience a plus, but will train the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
