Founded in 2007, our well-established private outpatient group practice is led by nationally recognized psychiatrists in the field of brain health. Our Medical Director Opportunity is open to in-clinic or remote options. Preference for current Washington or Texas License. + + Serves as a liaison between operations team and clinicians
+ Provides technical expertise and clinical leadership to operations and intake teams in managing and optimizing provider schedules as well as clinic bandwidth for interventions
+ Provides support to clinicians as regards scheduling, panel management and other operational concerns as they arise
+ Reports to and works under direction of the Chief Medical Officer
+ Work with operations team to optimize provider scheduling and address provider concerns
+ Work with operations team to optimize provider bandwidth for interventional treatment modalities
+ Work with Operations team and CMO to monitor use and clinical bandwidth for providing interventional treatments at the clinic and regional level. Work collaboratively to develop action plans to ensure patient access to treatment.
+ Work with Operations and Medical Leadership in helping to successfully launch new office locations to provide in-person psychiatric/interventional care
+ Work with intake team to monitor provider utilization and determine provider bandwidth to accept new patients
+ Work with providers to address questions and concerns about operational issues.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
+ Experience in healthcare administration in a medium-sized or large organization
+ Proficient at analyzing utilization and performance data
+ Organized, detail oriented, experience with project management
+ 10-15 admin hours per week (1-2 work days) at the current company size, could expand to more as the company continues to grow
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience or Interest in evidence-based interventional treatment methods.
+ Demonstrated collaborate effectively in a team setting.
+ Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
