Job Details

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manages prior authorizations and referral appointments.
• Facilitates virtual rooming and virtual appointment concierge calls for telehealth appointments.
• Conducts pre-visit planning meetings with patients for assigned specialty practice.
• Supports intake for well visits
• Serves as liaison to patient/family on patient portal and internal medical record system.

Must have the following experience and education:

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
• Certified MA license or MA Diploma
• Passion for patient care
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, use of computers, handle multiple tasks, maintain patient confidentiality
