Responsibilities/Duties

• Ensures vehicles are scanned accordance with the factory and dealership standards.
• Road test each vehicle per PDI process.
• Maintain your factory training.
• Supports the process of inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
• Performs installation of new car accessories and parts using hand tools or other equipment provided.
• Ensures work tools are properly assigned and counted. Visually inspects vehicles and parts for quality defects.
• Utilizes scan tools for processing new car vehicles.
• Utilizes handheld scanners for updating vehicle software.
• Assists where necessary including accessory installments.
• Daily problem solving and adherence to work instructions. Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles.
• Understands and models Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
