YOUR ROLE
Regional Program Participation (exposure to cross-SBU process and stakeholders)
- Participation in the Community of Practice to support Regional SC Standard Work Development through DMAIC practices
- Change management and program analytics
Site location support for scheduling (exposure to manufacturing, production planning and materials management)
- Primary focus is on the finite scheduling of a manufacturing site in the firm horizon
- Secondary focus is on working with the Master Scheduler in the trading horizon as it steps into the firm horizon
- Translates the Master Schedule into a finite production schedule, sequencing manufacturing activities
- Responsible for ensuring site level data accuracy
- Monitors manufacturing activity to address deviations from the plan (PvA) - MFG partnership
- Develops production strategies with production to drive manufacturing efficiency gains (CI)
- Monitors OEE and manufacturing costs (Site KPI Alignment)
- Performs detailed capacity evaluations to ensure the Master Schedule is feasible before entering the frozen horizon
- Solves or escalates material or manufacturing issues to safeguard adherence to the plan on the mix (analytics)
- Balances resources at the plant to guarantee good asset utilization and stability (planned capacity management)
- CS and Affiliate material availability communication
YOUR SKILLS
- Currently Pursuing Master/MBA Degree
- Strong Communication Skills
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain business processes (e.g. APICS)
- Some exposure to Supply Chain systems (SAP, ECC, APO, PBI, etc..)
- OPEX mindset
- Basic E2E SC knowledge (from sales to delivery)
- Basic financial acumen
- Willingness to engage and influence stakeholders
- Organization skills and project management
- Strong execution/follow-thru skills
- Team Player/Collaborative
