Materials Analyst
· Trigger Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) through SuperG online / SuperG communication based on the below defined category on weekly (Monday) basis.
· Conduct LRR training to the targeted suppliers on weekly basis.
· Schedule meeting with Suppliers to review the self-assessment status.
· Review all the key questionnaire and related evidence with suppliers.
· Identify gaps, action plan and target date for the open items (Yellow / Red)
· Visit supplier site to review critical open items.
· Continue to work with suppliers to close all Open issues (Yellow / Red) on or before MP2 milestone.
· Identify Critical suppliers from various internal data sources
· Visit to supplier site to identify issues, root cause, action plan and date to green.
· Physical validation of the action plan and follow-up with suppliers until get closed.
· Participate in the DCV build status review meeting to understand the MP&L related issues & provide input to LRR team to ensure MP&L related issues identified during DCV build gets fixed. Engage with suppliers to establish and onboard suppliers for MP&L systems and process.
· Visit to supplier site as required.
· Follow-up with suppliers to complete the check list assessment and validate.
· Prepare and share one pager for the critical suppliers and highlight risk for sourcing in the area of Delivery, Prem. Freight, Prod. Loss, Contribution margin, Q1 & Stability claims.
· Recommend source change based on the identified issues and risk to the production through MP&L Leadership
· Identify & prioritize low Delivery Performance suppliers and define Critical / Non-Critical based on the below,
· Conduct Detailed Training to suppliers on Delivery Rating elements (Quarterly)
· Work with suppliers until all action items closed and 6MWA improved >81.
· Update and Track supplier monthly delivery performance in the master tracker and report out monthly KPI status to management / leadership.

8. Experience in leveraging analytical tools (Any SQL based Data Transformation Tool, Any Data Visualization Tool)
Other Skills Required:
1. Strong acumen in data driven story telling
2. Excellent communication and people skills, with the teams to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
4. Proven track record of cross-functional engagement with engineering, manufacturing, purchase, and supplier quality
5. Well versed with MS Office Tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Fluent in English
Skills Preferred:
1. Speaking Spanish is an added advantage.
2. Experience in leveraging analytical tools like Alteryx/Qlik Sense/ GCP 3. Strong acumen in Supply Chain skill set in areas like Inbound Logistics / Packaging / Demand & Supply planning / In-plant Logistic operations / Warehouse management
Experience Required:
1. 3+ years of experience in OEM or Tier1 company. Preferably in Automotive Industry.
2. 3+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Operations / Supplier Management
3. 3+ years of experience in leveraging analytical tools ( Any SQL based Data Transformation Tool, Any Data Visualization Tool)
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management OR Business Administration
Education Preferred:
Masters degree in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management OR Business Administration
Additional Information :
Should be open to travelling (supplier or plant locations). Please take note that there is a possibility of being sent to critical supplier sites for 2-3 weeks at a time to work with the cross-functional team for issue resolution.)
