### Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated MasterTax Software Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting our clients' tax preparation and filing needs, leveraging their expertise in MasterTax software to ensure accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations. This is a remote position offering flexible hours, tailored to match the skillset of the right candidate. The length of the contract will vary based on performance and project requirements.

### Responsibilities:

- Utilize MasterTax software to prepare and file tax returns for clients efficiently and accurately.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and practices to manage financial transactions securely.

- Obtain and manage Power of Attorney documents as required for agency relations and client representation.

- Liaise with state agencies and third-party administrators to facilitate client registrations and ensure compliance.

- Quickly adapt to new software and technologies as needed to enhance service delivery.

- Provide exceptional client service, including timely communication and problem resolution.

### Requirements:

- Proven experience and proficiency in MasterTax software is essential.

- Strong understanding of banking practices and regulations.

- Ability to obtain and manage Power of Attorney for client representation.

- Experience in agency relations, state registrations, and working with third-party administrators.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
