Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a Master Electrician to join the Rock Family. This is a full-time position, working as part of a dynamic team to install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures for residential HVAC equipment.
Salary for the Master Electrician
- $80-120k annually, commensurate with experience
- INCLUDES A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Responsibilities for the Master Electrician
- Residential retrofit work for installing residential furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters.
- Install, maintain, and repair all electrical distribution systems and electrical equipment.
- Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Place conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits.
- Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans while completing work orders.
- Conduct regular safety training and safety inspections.
- Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees and customers.
Requirements for the Master Electrician
- Stay up to date and in compliance with the National Electric Code.
- Maintain current electrician’s license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
- Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
