We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Marketing/Creative Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES* Use a variety of data sources to create compelling insights stories to influence customer strategy and support the sales team* Partner with Internal CMI counterparts to share insights, further storytelling, and drive growth* Present insights to customer in innovation meetings and other aperturesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing Research, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, or another related field* Related insights/research experience within the CPG industry.* Strong Luminate and/or Numerator data/tools experience.* Comfortable with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.* Ability to leverage existing learning, as well as conduct new research.* Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into simple, compelling story* Proficiency with all MS Office platforms.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Experience using Walmart Luminate* MBA or master's degree in related field* Experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools* Strong command of syndicated toolkit/Nielsen Benefits:BCForward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
