We are seeking a Marketing Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for B2B Marketing of Laser Photonics’ Laser Cleaning, Cutting, Engraving, and Marking Systems to Military & Defense and Exploration industries. Will execute marketing plans for Laser Photonics products and services to our prospects, clients, and partners. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will work directly with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing services. The individual must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
» Identify direct marketing opportunities
» Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
» Support sales enablement content and delivery for internal sellers and partners including development of training presentations, cheat sheets, and other resources
» Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external client and prospecting events
» Coordinate the schedule of emails/e-blasts
» Work with marketing team to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans for specific industries
» Responsible for design, content management, and execution of all email marketing collateral
» Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
» Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
» Generate Email/Social Media Content
» Work closely with the marketing manager to fill any gaps in the team
Requirements:
» Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field)
» Previous experience in Industrial B2B marketing
» Experienced with content creation and working with industry publications
» Proficient in Adobe Create Cloud Suite
» Demonstrated ability using creative design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or related products to build sophisticated marketing campaigns
» Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
» Strong communication and presentation skills
» Ability to work well in teams
» Experience with email marketing
» Experience with social media marketing
