Duties/Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan and implement marketing campaigns. This involves content creation, design coordination, and logistics management.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company websites, and marketing collateral.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing reports on key metrics.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments, like product development and customer success, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
- Creativity and Innovation: Deep understanding of creating compelling and original marketing content.
- Marketing: Hands-on experience executing campaigns that are specifically designed to generate quality leads within budget and an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in executing campaigns and analyzing data and an ability to juggle multiple projects and adjust as priorities change.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective storytelling and collaboration.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data to solve problems and make informed marketing decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management and project management skills, and task prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common industry tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and social media platforms).
