- Assists the Marketing Operations Manager with all on and off-site marketing programs, promotions and special events for increasing casino revenues, and the tracking and analysis of these programs to ensure patrons receive extraordinary patron service and operations run effectively.
- Print reports for review and verification when necessary.
- Issues complimentaries to the casino outlets and redeems marketing vouchers based on tracked play and internal comping guidelines. (No redemption for cash, only merchandise)
- Assists the Marketing Operations Manager with the day to day implementation and execution of all promotions, special event efforts and player club operations.
- Ensures that all patrons are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills.
- Continuously improves service by assessing service problems using player feedback or data.
- Keeps the team well informed of property promotions and events.
- Coordinates with the IT department for accuracy of all system set-ups for players club operations.
- Complete reports, database, and correspondence in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines as established by internal and external sources.
- Complies with all company and departmental rules and procedures.
- Issues new and replacement players club cards to patrons.
- Authorized to approve and/or make adjustments to a patron's account balance.
- Activate and/or deactivate a patron's account.
- Ensures the technical proficiency of all employees through development and effective training.
- Assists in providing direction, guidance and supervision to all employees assigned to their positions.
- Prepare player club schedules to ensure proper staffing levels are met for optimal service standards
- Ability to establish vendor relationships for ordering of goods and services.
- Ability to communicate with system providers to ensure all systems are functioning as intended.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and patrons.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager in their absence.
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 2 years of Management experience and 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate, build relationships, and achieve buy-in with all levels of the organization
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent organization and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Best-in-class verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
- Proficient computer skills, including all Microsoft applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Must possess strong time management and prioritization skills
- Must possess strong leadership and planning skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.

- Bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
