Position Summary
Joining the International Brand Marketing team, you will support the development of one of our key sub-brands. As we are expanding to new regions and continents, you will be working closely with the EMEA and APAC regional teams to ensure successful launches.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to develop strategic roadmaps and yearly strategy plans.
- Coordinate market research projects, working closely with our internal team.
- Brief and manage multi-channel campaign development with our partner agencies.
- Develop new digital and print assets for both HCPs and DTCs, providing easily leverageable content for in-market teams. You will be working with partner agencies and our internal creative services team.
- Initiate and spearhead competitive projects, from claim development to sales trainings.
- Partner with the regional teams to identify insights and needs. Come up with creative solutions to address them and support our growth in these regions.
Essential Skills
- Extensive campaign development experience
- Strong analytical skills to be able to identify insights and market dynamics
- KPI and result driven. Can show projects where they made an impact in the past.
- Strong presentation skills, written and oral
- Comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams, in high pressure international settings
Judgement
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other colleagues.
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare / Medical Devices experience
- Speak a 2nd language and /or has 2-3 years of international experience
Travel Required:
- Up to 25%
Exempt Salary Details
The annual base salary range for this role is $95,900.00 to $159,900.00. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
