We are looking for talented people to lead local student enrollment demand generation efforts at our campuses, so CREWTEK can execute on its mission to prepare the next generation of skilled workers for a meaningful career and life.
This position is located in offices at: 4601 Center St, Deer Park, TX 77536.

- Drive student prospects at your campus.
- Maximize student enrollment at your campus.
- Contribute to the department’s achievement of social media and web visit growth goals.
- Grow pipeline of supporting organizations to the campus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new relationships with organizations that can help CREWTEK with student demand generation and campus resources.
- Assess, plan and execute successful marketing events such as demonstrations, presentations, open houses, and other such events that drive awareness and interest.
- Create and/or manage production of marketing content appropriate for each channel including video, short-form video, photos, blogs, press releases, flyers, exhibiting displays, and other enrollment support collateral.
- Post great content from campus to drive awareness on social media accounts on common platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, to drive followers.
- Contact list and email marketing management.
- Conduct local Demo Truck Events to drive student interest.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing in continuously improving student marketing efforts and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience identifying and growing demand in a local geography.
- Ability to understand the needs, wants, and perceptions of Generation Z.
- 5+ years’ experience in a learning and development environment is preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in growth companies, startups, or unstructured environment in which new systems, processes, and results need to be achieved.
- Excellent communication (oral and written).
- Experience working in or with non-profit, education, construction or industrial organizations is preferred.
- Based onsite at the campus with some hybrid work.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, credentials, and education. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO.
