Culture Marketing is a small business in the Township of Wall, NJ. We are professional, agile, and innovative.
We are an outsourced marketing firm that manages multiple marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients through event promotions executed with a personal touch to maximize brand awareness. As a result of recently taking on new clients, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist our sales and marketing team in growing our clients in the regional area. We work with multiple clients with many opportunities within this organization focusing on charities, Fortune 500, and multiple growth industries.
We’re looking for hard-working, forward-thinking and ambitious applicants for an opportunity that involves 6 stages of development:
1. Foundations training and onboarding
2. Running and Sourcing Promotions, Events and Live Marketing
3. Supervisory responsibilities for interns and brand ambassadors
4. Crew Management, Campaign Management, and Team Development Strategy
5. Assistant Management encompassing Marketing Strategy, Recruitment, and New Business Generation
6. Office Management, Client relations and overseeing a staff of up to 40. Managing 9 different departments in administration, legal, finance, logistics, sales, PR & Marketing, New Business Generation, Client Relationship Management and Company Expansion.
Business, Communications, and Sports Graduates make excellent candidates, but we also encourage those with other degrees along with career changers and others looking for an entry-level job where they can prove themselves!
This is an amazing entry-level business-based role. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot on the ladder and to broaden your horizons. There will be travel opportunities available to top performers within their first 6-12 months.
Because we have taken on 5 new clients, we are looking to advance our newest candidates quite quickly. After a matter of weeks learning the basics, we have the capacity to move to the second stage of our Graduate Management Training Program. You’ll also start setting more specific goals with the management team including how quickly you want to advance through the program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
- Excellent project management skills, must be able to multi-task and be well organized
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Driven & go-getter personality
- Some experience using graphic design software such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator to edit, resize and crop images
