Online Computers is a growing IT firm and we are looking for a Marketing Intern.
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Associate with implementing marketing strategies, creating content for social media and email campaigns, and initiating communication across all channels.
They will work to ensure that all communications are consistent with our brand position and aligned with the strategic initiatives of Online Computers. The Marketing Intern will support the sales team in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with existing and potential clients.

- Works in partnership with sales manager and outside agencies to develop advertising and direct marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition.
- Collaborates with the team to create and execute events aimed at developing compelling and consistent marketing initiatives.
- Creates content for and maintains websites. Monitors digital marketing channels for customer engagement. Follow up on leads when necessary.
- Creates and/or supports campaigns that will be used for customer retention purposes.
- Supports larger marketing campaigns that may include: customer training events, trade shows, major vendor initiatives, and client partnerships.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects.
- The individual will be responsible for qualifying new sales leads, setting up meetings for the Sales Team, and keeping the CRM up to date.
- This includes promptly following-up, lead generation, qualifying, setting appointments, making sales calls, converting into meetings, nurturing cold leads to warmth, identifying stale contacts, etc.
- Research and gather information about target businesses and develop prospecting lists
- Effective management of tasks and accurate and detailed reporting of sales activities within the CRM (HubSpot) is required
- Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate decision maker contacts
- Create lead lists via Cold Calls/Emails/LinkedIn to build sales pipeline
- Document all activities and interactions in CRM (HubSpot).
- Input new leads into HubSpot and continue to update properties as they advance in the sales pipeline

Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
TravelMinimal travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience- High school diploma.
- Education in public relations or marketing, or comparable job experience.
- Experience designing campaigns for social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Google Analytics certification is preferred
- Experience with WordPress, Mac computers, HubSpot, AdWords, and the Adobe Creative suite is preferred.
