Title: Marketing HTML/Web Developer

Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000
About the Work
As the Marketing Web/HTML Developer , you will be responsible for assisting in designing, coding/developing, updating, testing, deploying, and monitoring pages, features and html-based content for our WordPress website, HubSpot-generated landing pages and other web-enabled platforms.
In this role, you will…
- Develop and implement well-designed, cross-platform, cross-browser compatible, responsive and efficient front-end web code utilizing the latest standards and best practices
- Create websites, landing pages and user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JS and related technologies, including HubSpot related content generation and management
- Understand, implement and manage tracking and attribution systems, such as Google Tag Manager, Pixels/tracking snippets and other, similar proprietary and 3rd party attribution models.
- Understand UTMs & “token link” usage, naming conventions, etc for attribution/tracking purposes
- Ability to code emails with advanced features. Understand coding-for-email limitations
- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs and practical objectives
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
- Collaborate with 3rd party and internal content producers to optimize visual design and impact of content
- Analyze ongoing performance of websites and take action to correct deficiencies
- Collaborate with IT and/or 3rd party counterparts and management team to employ and/or integrate information systems, API endpoints, data management and related technologies to meet corporate objectives
