YOUR ROLE
- Support conceptualizing and design of in-line, endcap, POP merchandise: headers, shelf strips, aisle blades and other merchandising options to increase customer engagement
- Conceptualize and design go-to market strategies for new product innovations
- Collaborate with KAMs from Professional and Specialty Retail segments on POG planning & resets
- Design and support development of marketing material: openers, shopping guides, trade ads, etc. and coordinate with Digital Marketing manager on digital needs (CRM, banners, landing pages, etc.)
- Coordinate with Creative team to design and execute all marketing material
- Support brand with collateral merchandise sourcing
- Manage external vendor relationships for asset and display sourcing with respect to budget and timelines
- Ensure brand standards across all marketing channels, publications and platforms
- Design and execute advertisements and supporting collateral for National Shows and education event
- Manage contracted educator correspondence, schedules, inventory, travel, expenses, and compensation
- Support planning and execution of education events
- Develop fresh annual class curriculum
- Support brand with photoshoot planning and execution
- Plan and execute bi-annual education trainings
- Gain understanding of current & future market trends in merchandising and visual display
- Gather findings on key competitors for look & feel direction/inspiration/mood boards
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
- 3+ years of marketing experience required
- Professional Haircare experience highly desirable
- Excellent ability to develop and execute against integrated multichannel marketing plans
- Demonstrated ability to devise tactics based on selling information and analytics with a focus on company KPs
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
- Ability to develop and manage projects in an expedited manner, with respect to budget and timelines
- Collaborative approach
- Available to support weekend events. Compensated with additional days off
- Up to 25% Travel required
