Naples Orthopedics is looking for a LOCAL Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate for this role will have a strong grasp in the fundamentals of marketing with the desire to learn advanced skills and concepts. A well-organized, self-sufficient, critical thinker who takes pride in delivering consistent, professional results.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Serve as a liaison for referral sources; develop mutually beneficial relationships through face to-face visits with physicians, referral coordinators, practice managers and medical staff from referring physician offices.
- Follow up with referrals to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with referring providers
- Maintain monthly reports by documenting interaction and measuring key activities and impacts.
· Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Manage posting on social media platforms
- Make basic updates to website
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Technology field, or minimum 1 year proven relevant marketing experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High technical aptitude - ability to learn new systems and marketing technologies
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Ability to be proactive, exercise independent judgment and work effectively
