We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to drive initiatives that directly impact our brand visibility, reach and growth. You’re a perfect fit if you like to: roll up your sleeves and get involved in writing, design and research; coordinate a lot of moving parts; and are a fast-learner and very detailed-oriented (we’re a branding firm so details really matter to us).
If you like social media and email marketing, and have some real-world experience in it, then we’d love to have you on our team!
This is a part-time, fully remote position with the opportunity to become full-time based on capability, initiative and performance.
What You'll Do
Build & maintain content calendar for LinkedIn Company page and Google Business
Write and post content on LinkedIn and manage engagement
Coordinate newsletter and email marketing campaigns
Manage email marketing lists
Post website content and optimize existing content
Create and update marketing assets like infographics, one-sheets, eBooks and animations
Analyze key marketing metrics and make recommendations based on insights
Coordinate LinkedIn advertising campaigns
What You Must Have To Be Considered
- 1-2 years of marketing and/or communications experience
Ability to manage concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines
Strong writing & project management skills for design, content creation and production
Proficiency with LinkedIn, MailChimp & Canva
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, WordPress & Google Analytics/G4 is nice-to-have
