The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s marketing program. This position implements the annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives. The Marketing and Communications Specialist writes and designs materials and initiatives that promote the company’s public brand.
What You’ll be Doing:
  • Execute annual marketing plan.
  • Measure and monitor the quality, effectiveness, and ROI of marketing strategies and tactics. Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and lead weekly marketing meetings with the Director of Operations and other designated team members.
  • Designs, updates, and creates new brochures and promotional pieces that are innovative and consistent with the brand standards.
  • Create and coordinate promotional material with vendors including new brochures, branded shirts, ads, business cards, invitations, and client gifts.
  • Engage and capture prospects by sending email & direct mail campaign and creating/managing landings pages, web forms, and follow up sequences through the company's CRM system. Manages chatbot functionality on website.
  • Coordinate and monitor the company's online presence by updating the websites (Integrity HR, YouTube etc.) with SEO content and videos, writing bi-weekly HR blogs and monthly newsletters, and posting on social media accounts.
  • Maintain the company’s internal online products, serving as customer service.
  • Coordinate and promote the company's special events, presentations, educational seminars, and trade shows and input any leads received from events.
  • Review the company’s website analytics to help recommend changes to the online strategy.
  • Execute free downloads on the website and monitor the activity.
  • Coordinate the appropriate follow-up from presentations, seminars, and conferences, coordinating with sales.
  • Prepare internal projects such as workflow charts, biographies, strategic plan brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • May design and create ads for publications using creative software solutions.
  • Assist with client proposals including conducting final editing, updating presentations and materials, and creating surveys.
  • Coordinates 3rd party vendors for website hosting, SEO, or special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervision.
Education, Training, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or related field of study preferred.
  • 2-4 years related work experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications including Word, excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative required.
  • Advanced research skills.
  • Detail-orientated
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
