Marketing Assistant - New Home Builder

William Ryan Homes - Tampa is looking for a part-timeMarketing Assistant to join our Sales team. The person in this position reports to the Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of Marketing strategies and programs to increase the volume of qualified traffic and the subsequent conversion to Sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Act as Division SEM ambassador, ensuring Division is search engine friendly and optimized to support discoverability and profitability
2. Assist in the maintenance of Division website pages with the goal of SEO enhancement and increased Customer engagement through social media
3. Support the implementation of New Communities, Models and Sales Centers, through digital marketing updates, signage and collateral, model homes, Grand Opening invitations, Sales office/temporary trailer
4. Assist in driving Division ad and content development to produce A+ visuals, including but not limited to drone videos, customer testimonials, display ads, promotional graphics, home and community photos/videos
5. Manage collateral production and distribution for Sales offices
6. Assist Broker of Record with listings and upkeep
7. Act as point of contact with multiple vendors to manage community presentation in person and digitally
8. Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team as needed

Skills and Abilities

1. Analytical and innovative in using data to create successful strategies and programs
2. Project-oriented and well organized with attention to detail
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Familiarity with residential home building or real-estate preferred
5. Excellent technology skills including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media; familiarity with web design concepts and Adobe Suite or other graphics programs

Experience/Education

1. 2+ years prior experience in Marketing

Other Requirements

1. Some travel required to our model homes/communities; must own or lease a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
