About the position
Our Marketing and Communications Coordinator is our "go-to" marketing resource for our internal and external customers. They will manage schedules and track assignments for our marketing materials, video productions, social campaigns and graphic design projects. They will support our Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objections, organizing promotional presentations and updating campaign calendars.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a driven and highly detailed and organized Coordinator who will ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation. Our Coordinator has excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. They are a confident oral communicator and never let the details or deadlines slip through the cracks!
What We Need
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
- 2 - 5 years of experience working in and/or managing marketing programs
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
- Previous franchising experience a plus!
Key Competencies
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and fluid deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in GSuite programs
- Ability to listen and to respond to people in a calm, thoughtful and professional manner
