Job Description
Book of the Month is looking for a highly organized, data-driven and ambitious Marketing Analyst to join our customer acquisition team and assist with initiatives across marketing channels to help drive our growth. This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience contributing to a D2C marketing organization.
Responsibilities
You will work across several different aspects of marketing over time, but will focus primarily on customer acquisition initiatives. You will:
- Build, proof, and report on ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms
- Assist in the management of the ongoing influencer program, including scouting, negotiating, coordinating and approving content creation, and reporting
- Assist in the execution of other customer acquisition programs, including email, media buy, direct mail, and partnerships
- Create and update reports for customer acquisition initiative across channels by synthesizing relevant data and recommending next steps
- Update and maintain detailed project plans and testing roadmaps for key campaigns, such as video creative testing, email frequency testing, and landing page testing
- Communicate with relevant team members and external partners to ensure accurate, excellent, and on time execution of projects
Requirements
- Highly analytical; uses data regularly to drive decisions
- Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on quantitative disciplines or marketing
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, consulting, or business analytics
- Able to prioritize work effectively while juggling multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated to grow and learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Fan of new release fiction
Base salary range between: $60,000 - $80,000
