Manufacturing Outsourcing Specialist
Hagbros Precision, LLC. a privately held manufacturing company in Round Rock, TX is searching for a results-oriented individual to fill the need for Outsourcing and Document Control Specialist. Those candidates looking to develop the below-listed skills and attributes need only apply.
Duties : Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from finance department. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders. Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers. Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Participates in continuous improvement tasks. Prepare documentation for immediate and long term reference. Review and digitally archive customer, material and internal documentation. Other duties as assigned.
This position demands someone be flexible with the ability to wear many hats.
Overtime may be required at times as business necessitates. Work schedule is 40 hours a week.

Qualifications
- MS office
- Experience in contract manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of E2 software or other ERP system required
- Ability to read engineering prints preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be a team player
- Must consistently be at work and on time
- Must have passion & enthusiasm for work
