The Manager, Travel, Meetings, & Event Planning reports directly to Director, Global Procurement Finance and Travel. This position is responsible for overseeing all Corporate and Divisional meetings and events that may be both internal and external facing to employees and the public. This includes project management, managing 3rd party relationships, SOX compliance, reporting, monthly analytical reviews, accounting deadlines and submission requirements, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.
- Partner with Corporate & Divisional teams to plan, coordinate, build budget, and manage expense control of all meetings and events.
- Build and maintain vendor partnerships across all corporate locations to ensure valid procurement of services are obtained.
- Maintain relationships with corporate preferred airlines, hotels and car rental agencies.
- Responsible for ensuring value-added reporting is created and distributed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct post meeting and event surveys.
- Utilize Groupize software to centrally manage and coordinate meetings and events to ensure consistent level of service and vendor analysis is performed.
- Work closely with corporate travel agency to ensure all ticketing is completed on time.
- Oversee opportunities to expand planning to international divisions and partner with teams to assist as needed with preferred vendors or expertise.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and be onsite as needed for meetings and events, to include site selection.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, within a business concentration, and 4 years of related experience.
- Must be able to travel.
- Experience working on cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently with little direction.
- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access)
- Experience with Concur and Groupize preferred.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives.

- Must be able to manage confidential information.
