Job Description

·       Insights seeker, with a media/marketing background, who partners with Research and Insights Directors, Integrated Planning teams, and other capabilities leads through research, data visualization and analysis 

o   Research (audience, competitor, industry and media trends) 

o   Visualization (mine and format data, bring to life visually in Powerpoint) 

o   Story Telling (use data and insights to tell a story about the audience, competition, etc. and tease out actionable strategies for the client)  

o   Manage (work with and manage DGS [India] team, as well as finalize their deliverables) 

o   Thought Leadership (develop department newsletters, reports, vlogs, articles, etc.) 

·       Ability to research and compile raw data from multiple sources (digital and offline) to build deliverables 

o   Data collection, pivot tables, charts, screenshots, deck compilation 

·       Ability to manage offshore team members 

·       This person will report to a Sr. Director, Research and Insights

Qualifications

·       You will have 2+ years’ experience at a media/advertising agency, or in a marketing position 

·       You will have expert level on some or all of the following media research tools: Comscore, Nielsen Media Suite Tools (Npower, Ad Intel, Audio, Social), MRI-Simmons, Vivvix (Kantar), Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Social Media Tools (e.g. Netbase), and MS office suite 

·       You will have ability to uncover insights from large and small data sets to confidently articulate a story. This goes beyond just numbers on a page, but true insights that will help drive strategies for our clients' businesses. 


Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000-$78,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
