- You are a logical thinker and analytical problem solver that is solution driven with a "can do" attitude.
- You have a passion creating innovative data models to solve complex problems.
- You have CRM administrator experience (i.e. Oracle Service Cloud). Custom processes, workspaces, workspace rules, custom widgets and basic SQL knowledge
- You have experience with customer portal pages using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS in Oracle Service Cloud
- You have the ability to be agile and to make sense of the rapidly increasing amount of data being generated by individuals and organizations.
- You have strong business and financial acumen and the ability to think systematically and holistically.
- You have great listening skills, critical thinking skills, and solution-articulation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience analyzing workforce data and making scheduling recommendations on staffing.
- Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting).
- Detail oriented and timeline driven with interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- PC experience to include Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (CRM)
