What Will I Be Doing?
The Managing HR Business Partner serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing insights, proactive, practical advice and mentorship to people within a regional market. You will work closely with leaders to facilitate a work environment that brings regional teams together! This role also will act as a partner to HR function ensuring that enterprise-wide HR initiatives are in alignment with and in support of team and strategic objectives.
The HRBP will serve as the HR point of contact for leaders and teams delivering outstanding, high-touch partnership.
Develops partnerships across the organization to aid managers and teams in achieving their objectives
Collaborates with management to continuously access organizational health and deliver appropriate HR resources/actions
Proactively develops and integrates solutions to address the HR needs while maintaining focus on the business' strategic goals
Accountable for bringing effective people solutions to market swiftly in the face of challenges
Leads and acts in a "One Team" approach, including being grounded in your First Team with thinking globally, acting locally
Acts as a liaison to ensure quality work is delivered in a collaborative approach
Provides thought partnership for mentorship of talent, performance management, career development and compensation matters
Leads efforts to use technology and develop effective tools and processes for recruiting, retaining, developing, and on-boarding diverse talent
Provides direction and support to directors and managers on how to navigate through both planned and unscripted situations
Drives development of high potentials through Talent Reviews, Organizational Planning, and executive mentorship. Identifies key and high potential employees and collaborates on development plans to increase their organizational impact and provide future talent
Serves as the liaison to the Team Member Relations (TMR) department
Provides direction to leaders in relation to people and team multifaceted issues; advances to TMR with items where more sophisticated compliance with Federal and local law expertise is needed
Partners with collaborators to develop and deliver legal, diversity, organizational change and employment related training

Required qualifications:
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
Ability to lead by example and can optimally navigate growing ambiguity and complexity to provide sound mentorship.
Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and managing multiple priorities within due dates; ability to complete large amounts of work effectively and efficiently.
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships; to interact with all levels of management and Team Members; to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals.
Preferred qualifications:
MS/MA/Master's Degree
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR
5 years of HRBP related experience
3 years of Supervisory experience
Experience understanding multiple business operations; discernment
Experience in other areas of HR, crafting and implementing effective solutions.
