About the role
The CLO Operations team is looking for a Manager, Contract Lifecycle Managementto be the subject matter expert for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. This individual will partner closely with Senior Leadership, Commercial Transactions Legal, IT Business Technology, and Finance teams to drive the CLM product roadmap. In this role, you'll manage CLO stakeholders to ensure that feature requests are feasible, viable, & aligned with strategic goals, translate business requests into technical feature requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features, improvements, and secure approvals for requirements.

What you'll do:
- Serve as the point of contact for escalations related to DocuSign CLM, including guiding users through the creation, modification, and maintenance of tickets to report bugs, and track and monitor issue resolution progress.
- Analyze ticket data and performance metrics to identify recurring issues, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and develop strategies to address them proactively, reducing the frequency & impact of future issues.
- Conduct market and competitive research to advise the development of the roadmap strategy and to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Ensure the Contract Lifecycle Management vendor's deliverables meet the organization's requirements, and work with the vendor to address any issues or gaps as needed.
- In partnership with IT Business Technology, develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and associated training artifacts for global end-users and establish system best practices.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in legal operations, legal technology, and/or CLM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
- Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.
- Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting, tracking and experience extracting insights from data, visualizing and summarizing findings.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Embody the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
