Manager, Clinical Education Programs
Alma is redefining what it means to be part of a professional therapeutic community. We are looking for a Manager of Clinical Education Programs who is incredibly passionate about supporting the professional development of a rapidly growing national community of private practice mental health providers. The right candidate will have a proven track record in implementing programs and managing multiple ongoing projects. You also have clinical experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices, culturally responsive care and evidence-based practice.
As the Manager of Clinical Education Programs, you will play a crucial part in achieving our mission to bring high quality mental health care to everyone in need. You will be responsible for the administrative, operational and programmatic oversight of our educational programming dedicated to improving clinical practice. This position is part of Alma's community team and will work closely with members of the team and external partners to support the development of programs and delivery of meaningful continuing education opportunities for our providers. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Educational Programming.
What you'll do:
- Work in close partnership with the Senior Manager of Educational Programming to execute on Alma's community education strategy
- Manage and execute Alma's virtual clinical education programs, setting well-defined work plans, delivering on project goals/objectives, and ensuring successful implementation of programs, including peer consultation groups, clinical interest groups and continuing education courses
- Serve as continuing education (CE) administrator for our education events that qualify for CE credits
- Develop a deep understanding of providers' educational needs, clinical areas of interest, and continuing education requirements
- Measure the success of your programs through a KPI-driven approach, iterate accordingly, and report findings to relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that allow for scale
Who you are:
- You have 3+ years of experience managing programs from planning to production execution and evaluation.
- You have 2+ years of experience in a clinical role providing direct care to clients in the mental health space with a strong understanding of industry best practices, culturally responsive care and evidence-based practice.
- You are a strong project manager who pays close attention to details and finds satisfaction from a carefully thought out program, while creating processes that increase productivity.
- You have the ability to effectively handle ambiguous problems and challenges and drive initiatives with minimal input.
- You have the ability to measure the success of programs through a KPI-driven approach.
- You are an effective communicator and collaborator, working well with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have both analytical and creative problem-solving skills with regards to bringing programs to scale.
- You have a deep passion for Alma's mission and the future of mental health.

Salary Band: $95,000 - 120,000
