MGM Healthcare provides rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living centers in Iowa, Missouri and Oklahoma. Our centers provide on-site therapy and rehabilitation services - using the latest equipment and techniques - that run the gamut from physical and occupational therapy to special memory units and respite care. Our corporate office is located in St. Louis, Missouri. This position would support all MGM facilities.

Essential Functions of Managed Care Biller:
- Coordinate the Triple Check process with assigned centers to assure timely completion for claim submission.
- Enter all month end ancillaries into the billing software monthly for assigned centers.
- Apply and post all cash related to Managed Care payments
- Complete the month end close process for the assigned facilities.
- Submit electronically all claims for all the Managed Care Residents.
- Review and work all aging's weekly for assigned centers.
- Resolve any discrepancies through research put forth on the Policy & Procedures of the AR department.
- Provide complete and accurate documentation for any Write Offs proposed per Managed Care Guidelines.
Qualifications of Managed Care Biller:
- Point Click Care system experience is ideal but not required.
- Strong working experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Managed Care billing guidelines and appeal processes within a Skilled Nursing environment.
- Consistently meets individual productivity incentive standards.
