Duties:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies, fundraiser, and other activies
- Assist with team resources/research, costumes, events, etc.
- Collaborate with other community members to create opportunities for the team to perform/compete.
- Assist with team bonding events/trips.
- Work closely with the Director to ensure that the daily operations and needs of the organization are coordinated in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and instruction in various areas such as ballet, technique, majorette, etc.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the needs and abilities of the individuals or groups being coached.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all team members.
- Assess the progress and skill development of participants and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches or staff members to coordinate choreography and activities.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
- Previous experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas: ballet, technique, coaching, choreography, hip hop, majorette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with dancers of different ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the individual needs and learning styles of all team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
