Maintenance Technician

ITS has a client in the Maumee, OH area seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech. This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.
Job Duties:

• Assure that work practices are within the guidelines set by OSHA standards
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Follow all company rules and policies
• Bending, lifting from 35 to 40lbs., and standing for long periods of time
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Able to safely use electrical test equipment on circuits up to 600v.
• Capable of troubleshooting Press and Robotic electrical control systems.
• Performs all electrical maintenance and improvements as required.
• Recommends proposals for improving products, processes, systems, productivity and working environment.
• Responsible for helping to maintain a safe work environment and to always follow plant safety rules. Aware of al Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
• Interact with production workers to provide support and maintain the production schedule requirements.
• Willing to learn and share knowledge of machinery and robotics to other team members.
