Essential Duties
- Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings
- Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary
- Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards
- Communicate complex problems into simple explanations
- Sales Prospecting and awareness of Sales Territory
- Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with Team to resolve problems, find opportunities and maximize profits.
- In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, paperwork and CRM data.
Requirements
- Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible business offerings
- Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required
- Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
- Prior B2B sales experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM program
- Valid Driver's License

- Base Salary Range: $50k - $60k (in addition to below mentioned pay)
- Generous monthly car allowance
- Sales Commissions measured and paid monthly
