Your ‘day to day’:As a Maintenance Lead you will be part of our Manufacturing Department at Triaga Inc. a fully owned subsidiary of Philip Morris International and will report to the Production Line Manager. The position will be based in Wilson, NC. Your Responsibilities:• Act as the line owner of breakdown elimination, maintenance planning, scheduling, cost management via Daily Management Systems (DMS), being the technical expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting with a focus on Quality• Contribute to define and deploy a predictive/preventive maintenance system in the lines• Lead and ensure team's compliance to all standard OPEN+ Systems and tools according to requirements of Equipment Line Pillars step and Site Phase.• Daily Direction Setting (DDS), providing inputs and actions related to any maintenance activities and tasks to be completed during the following planned downtime and about Repair and Maintenance (R&M)• Ensure that each modification to the process guarantees the quality of the product• Contribute as technical subject matter expert to problem-solving activities coaching on standard problem solving tools (Q Flag, IPS, 6W2H & UPS,PDM) to solve the problems on the line(s) related to materials and processes• Review, prioritize and manage 24 hours’ work notification and backlog work orders in order to meet the business result.• Ensure maintenance of technical documentation and spare parts are available and up to date.• Participate in the development and reviews of the line(s) annual maintenance plan. • Participate in developing, executing and reviewing the 90 days master plan in order to drive breakthrough result in machine performance through reducing planned and unplanned downtime.• Prepare monthly and yearly Loss Analysis for Repair and Maintenance cost and propose and monitor budgets and RFs• Promote and validate Kaizens raised by teams by executing adequate risk assessments as technical expert• Coach the autonomous/self-sufficient team in order to create the technical capabilities on equipment• Communicate in timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment. Share knowledge and methods to encourage and foster benchmarking, reapplication and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss. Who we’re looking for: . • 3+ years experience in Manufacturing • Fluent in Basic English • Legally authorized to work in the USA • Further education: technical school, Associates Degree, or Bachelors Degree in related field preferredPhysical Requirements:• Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and crouch as needed 8/10/12 hours during a shift. • Must be able to bend and lift various weights up to 25lbs if needed during shift.
